Cangrejob is a tool that helps you search for companies, write personalised application emails with the help of AI and send them directly from your own email account. You decide who you write to, you review each message and you approve it before sending.

You must be of legal age and provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account. Let us know as soon as possible if you detect any unauthorised use.

You undertake to use Cangrejob in a legal and responsible manner. In particular, you must not:

Send spam or content that is misleading, offensive, fraudulent or that infringes the rights of third parties.

Impersonate another person or company.

Use the service to harass recipients or for purposes other than the job search.

You are responsible for the content of the emails you approve and send, as well as for complying with the applicable regulations on commercial communications and data protection of the recipients.

The service works with credits. Each personalised email consumes 5 credits. Searching for companies and preparing drafts is free; credits are only deducted when you send an email.

Prices are shown before each purchase and include applicable taxes and any current discounts. Credits do not expire and there is no lock-in period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

If you act as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without needing to give any reason.

By purchasing credits and using them, you expressly request and consent that the provision of the service begin immediately and you acknowledge that, once the credits have been consumed, you lose the right of withdrawal with respect to those credits already used (art. 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007)).

Unused credits are refundable if you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14 days. To exercise it, write to us at [email protected].

Credits already consumed on sends that have been made are non-refundable, without prejudice to your legal rights as a consumer. If you have a problem with a charge or with the service, write to us at [email protected] and we will look for a fair solution.

Cangrejob is a tool to help you in your job search. We do everything possible to find good opportunities and write quality messages, but we do not guarantee replies, interviews or hires, as these depend on factors beyond our control.

We work to keep Cangrejob available and functioning properly, but the service is offered «as is». We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, notifying you when the change is significant.

To the extent permitted by law, Cangrejob will not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be legally limited.

You can stop using Cangrejob and delete your account whenever you wish from your panel or by writing to us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. You also have available the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page and, if the change is important, we will notify you. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
